We have been eating our breakfasts while staying at Hotel Arcadia in Quebec City. The breakfast was not included in the hotel room, so we paid (fixed price of $13.75 Canadian per person) there each time, so no string attached to eat there. The food...was good and was served as buffet. They serve you coffee or other hot drinks (chocolate, tee) once you are seated. The buffet has English muffins, eggs, fries, yogurt, bread, marmalade, fresh fruits and juice. The place was a few steps away from the hotel and it is very central in the city. As we liked the place we were there 3 times.
