We Have been going to The New Asian Village restaurant on the 34th Avenue for many years, and finally got around to writing a review. Whenever we go there, we are always pleasantly surprised with the food and service. The dining room is nicely decorated...and the atmosphere is elegant. The Manager of The New Asian Village, Akhil is excellent His superb attention to detail and a great sense of humour is remarkable. Everything in this restaurant is made from scratch. Even the mint and tamarin sauces were made in house and they are really delicious. We ordered the goat meat, butter chicken and palak Paneer, Naans etc which are everyone's favourite dishes. Excellent! Recently we organized a Birthday Party at home and Akhil took our order, got prepared everything under his supervision. Everything including appetizers, main course dishes and desserts were excellent. Every one enjoyed the finger licking good food. We have no tolerance for spice, and Akhil made sure everything was prepared very mild. Over all experience was great and can't wait to go back. Good Luck Akhil and keep up the good work.
