Ordered a hamburg combo on Nov.4 2020 for takeout and got a burger that was just a piece of dried out meat. The hamburg was placed on the warming station before I even paid for my order. I called the company that owns Harvey's and...they had the manager from the Queenston Rd. location contact me. She informed me that they are allowed to keep cooked hamburgers in a warming tray for up to 45 minutes. I paid for a freshly cooked burger and got something that was cooked up to 45 minutes before I ordered. I questioned the manager about this and was told that if I want a freshly cooked burger then I have to order a freshly cooked hamburg. No where on the menu is this stated. She was also very rude. I been eating at Harvey's since the first one opened up at Rossilyn and Barton St. in the 1960's. So much for the saying "Harvey's makes a beutyfull thing"More
