Today I ordered Dominos, as we usually do every week, we ordered 6 regular pizzas and 1 Gluten free pizza, the delivery guy was very nice and wanted me to keep the pizza they got wrong, however, the manager of the store Xavier was terribly...rude, insinuating that I wanted a free pizza after I made a mistake myself !!! I never asked for a free pizza !!! I never wanted to keep the first pizza either !! It was unbelievable that a Dominos store with a huge marketing budget, can't take care of basic customer service !!! Nobody wants free pizzas !! We are willing to pay for them, but we need to be treated not even as a customer but as a regular human being !!! I recommend to try Litle Ceasars, is close to us, and with great customer service, is worth it every single penny more.
