I ordered a pizza, wings, and cheesy bread from this location as I have several times before, but this time my food was left somewhere outside upon delivery, texted to come down, and was gone because the driver didn’t wait for me to arrive before...leaving my food unattended. After calling management. Being called a liar. I reached out to customer service, was processed and approved for a refund, then a week later I needed to call wondering where my refund was when being told I was now being denied and their was nothing they could do as they didn’t have the authority nor would let me speak to their higher up. I am very frustrated and wanted to speak to someone of higher power to either get my refund. Or get my pizza. I am not impressed at all with this experience and due to it being a money loss I don’t see myself ordering from not only this location, but from this chain again, as they were not only rude, but very mis leading, and helpless upon making further steps in to solving this problem.
