I wanted to try the veggie burger but I didn’t know the difference between the Meatless burger vs Veggie Deluxe burger. The 2 clerks were unfriendly and lack customer service skills. I was given the manual to read the ingredients of the 2 burgers. I...chose the veggie burger. Please look at the photo of the veggie burger on the A&W site, then compare to what I received!!! Huge difference! This is a false advertising of the burger! I was asked to wait 5 minutes for my burger. I left my drink on the tray and waited aside. When I came back for my tray, the second clerk says to me “ this is not your tray” and grabs it. The burger had raw pieces of grain that were inedible. As you see from the photo, I did not receive any lettuce or tomato!The burger is quite expensive, for $6.49, especially for the quality I received ! There was nothing deluxe about it! My friend ordered a chicken burger. She had to pay 25cents extra for tomatoes. She was given a small slice that was the bottom part of a tomato where it’s only skin. Her sandwich tasted odd, not enjoyable. I will never visit A& W again.
