"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""It is very hard to find somewhere that hand pulls their noodles. The place is itself is unassuming but clean. The food was amazing. We both had combos. My husband had the beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodles and I had the vegetables with chili oil and hand pulled noodles. The combos come with beef tendon and tea eggs. I also ordered the seasonal appetizer which comes with two small sides. Everything was AMAZING. My husband's beef broth was flavourful and rich. You can tell that it simmered for hours with all the layers of flavour. His noodles were springy and perfect. My noodles were springy and perfect as well. Loved the tea egg and my husband enjoyed all the beef tendon extra in his soup. The appetizers were so delicious . Best seaweed salad I have had outside of Japan. &nbsp"""""""""""""""
