I lived in Shanghai for 9 years. This is the only Chinese restaurant I eat at in Victoria. The owners are from northern China and They have several excellent dongbei (east/north)dishes...green beans with shredded pork, disanxiang ( potato,gr pepper,eggplant), jiaozi (dumplings) and some others. Kungpao...chicken is Cantonese and I never eat that food.. I've only been to dinner and I've heard their lunch is a buffet so I doubt I'll try that. excellent authentic food, good serviceMore
