I'm doing this review because I think people who are looking for a real Ramen experience should probably looking somewhere else. Overall, it is not a bad experience however, there is better place to eat a Ramen in Winnipeg. The Noodle : curly and quite...firm which is not a bad thing if you like it this way but you can tell that the Noodles are from the grocery store ( instant noodles ). Broth : they add sesame oil and some soy sauce to there broth which is different for sure but ok. Not to fatty. Egg : only a half egg ...comon. Second portion of noodle : I asked for a refill on the side. They brought the noodle into a different broth, which is unusual. Normally when you ask for extra noodle they only bring you plain noodle into other plate. Pork belly: not the greatest either. Tokiaki : they were ok but the octopus piece inside was really small. Overall it was an ok meal but the point of my review is to say that this is not a "Japan" level experience. I liked the Ramen but when you want something similar to Japanese Ramen , I recommend you go check Cho Ichi Ramen in Winnipeg. They have almost authentic Japanese Ramen.
