I’ve been following Vimex Corner for a while on Facebook, and this weekend had a chance to be in Hamilton for a movie- and took the opportunity to visit Vimex. If you’re looking for glamor and hipster pretentiousness, this is not your spot- if you’re...looking for tasty Mexican food served by a charming couple (who’s cartoon images appear on the signage) you’re in luck. I had been concerned about parking- but they have a lot right out front. Lots of seating, no huge wait time, and an amazing creamy poblano enchilada special made this a great experience. We’ll be back for sure.
