Ok so the name has changed see my pictures of the front entrance. It is literally steps from the Vancouver library. Very convenient. A local peer showed me two other places right across the street that only have rolls and no nigiri/sashimi - this is...better. They are cheap (my bento was $11) and fast, and clean. Best thing in the area. Go just to see the cute sushi-cat.
