In the capital of smoked meat comes this darling place. for about the same price as two sandwiches at Shwartz`s deli, you can have a gourmet meal here. The service was prompt and friendly. The food was impeccable. The prosciutto wrapped monkfish was tasty on...a ratatouille of olives, tomatoes and onions along with mashed potatoes. The mackerel potato salad, mouthwatering. Simple green salad had lots of different veggies and was pre-dressed which I like as I usually end up drowning with vinegar. The only problem for me is this place is too far from my home in Vancouver. I would eat there again and often if I lived by. Meal for two with a beer and iced coffee taxes in below 45$.
