After an afternoon on a boat tour of theharbor, my husband and I happened to see the TAPShack. Happy-looking people were seated outdoors eating good looking food, so we stopped for a late supper. The sun was going down, the weather was lovely, and our...waitress, Stacy (from Edmonton) was so good. She helped us to select two delicious salad/bowls. My husband had the ahi tuna rice bowl, and I had the Halloumi bowl which was seared cheese, edamame beans, spinach leaves, green goddess dressing, brown rice....a very tasty, healthy meal. We just enjoyed sitting there, looking out across the water as evening arrived. Our waitress, Stacy, was so interesting and told us much about Vancouver when she found that this was our first vtrip there. Can't beat the waterfront location coupled with really good food.
