Ok, a recent flood in our basement left us looking for a quick meal for dinner. Boston Pizza came to mind. Boston Pizza was a long standing staple in our lives. The sauce was tasty and the crust was... well... it was great! A combination...of sweetness and oil on the bottom. It was delicious. So much so, I used to go back to Thunder Bay periodically and have a Boston Pizza as a treat. To my surprise, we now have one in Waterdown, where I live. well, we've eaten there more than a few times... but they have clearly changed the crust. Did they want to make it healthier? perhaps... but what ever they did, the crust tastes like cardboard. Lets be honest. Pizza isn't health food. When your core flavors must be altered, they better be for your bottom line. Don't do it on behalf of health and welfare.... if its' cost savings.... CHANGE it back! PLEASE! You've taken a great pizza and made it mediocre.... I doubt that this was your intent!More
