I arrived in Ottawa late tonight only to learn that there was no restaurant or room service available at my hotel. I ordered dinner from this restaurant and called and specifically requested that they include utensils. I received three items but no utensils. Unfortunately there...were no utensils available at the Hotel. I was unable to eat the salad and the cake was inedible. It was rubbery and felt like it was full of water. I did not attempt to eat it. Thus, for $63, I ate a small piece of salmon, a few pieces of broccoli and sweet potato fries. I called the restaurant but the receptionist did not have any sympathy and did not know the name of the manager on duty. I will never order from this restaurant again and do not recommend it after hours.
