Jeff, the owner, has really made his dream and personality shine through for our dining experience. My husband had gluten-free dietary restrictions and they carefully checked with the...chef each time and even catered his dish to accommodate it. The octopus appetizer was grilled, yet delicate with a flavorful sauce drizzled on top. At Beaufort, you felt at home, from the food to the surrounds. It's a real find in Montreal!
