I always enjoy going to One, because the menu and food is excellent. Tables have generous spacing, so its conducive to having a conversation with your guests, without having to shout. The decor is sophisticated, while the dress code is relaxed, casual/hip. On this occasion, it was a holiday and unfortunately they were short staffed, so service was very slow. This was taken into account when we received our bill, as they had provided a concession on it.
