We came in for my birthday in June and have been back twice since.
We came in for my birthday in June and have been back twice since. Their menus are always unique and delicious. Their GM, Tiago and head chef are both incredibly knowledgeable about local ingredients, wine, and aperitifs. Burdock raises the Vancouver food profile exponentially. We...will be back again and again. I can't recommend this place enough.
