I love how under each dish on the menu, the chef wrote a brief description of their thoughts and process. It made it feel personal and I like that! The food was one of the most delicious meals I have ever tasted (and I'm quite the foodie)! I hope and wish for this to be a permanent restaurant instead of just a pop-up. Much love!
