First time at Harbour House which came recommended by our shuttle bus driver. Decided it would be our last dinner in Victoria before departing the next day. We made reservations and surprised that their hours were from 4 to 8 pm. Bob, our waiter was...attentive and gave good suggestions. We would have liked the Casear salad prepared at tableside but due to Covid (or short staffed) this was not an option. We still had the Casear which was well prepared. My husband had the steak and lobster and I had the seafood en croute which contained lobster, prawns, scallops and crab in a cheesy creamy sauce and covered in puff pastry. Absolutely delicious. We ended the meal with chocolate mousse.
