Use to be our favourite spot. Service was extremely slow sat over 20 minutes before waitress came and took our order for drinks. Finally came back for the order of food. Had to ask for cutlery. Gave us coffee no spoons to stir. Children’s menus...of chicken fingers was so over cooked and hard a adults would choke on it. Waitress said they had many return orders. It should not of been served period. Sad to say they look like pieces of poop. Very dry , second child had grilled cheese the bread was so hard it couldn’t be chewed and the cheese was not melted. One guest had chilli worst tasting ever. One had the breakfast. Sausages were partly burned. Asked for rye toast got white hard bread. After complaining got the children meals free. But the kids were so hungry it didn’t matter. We were there and hour and s half. Totally unexceptionable, sorry to see Salisbury going down like that. Will think twice next time before returning. Need more staff not the fault of the staff they had this visit.
