For a time, there are many Hong Kong style dessert shops available in Greater Vancouver. But then, due to insufficient business turnover, they gradually disappeared. My wife and I were recommended by our friends who have good experience after trying their production. This shop was...opened not long ago n said to be formed by a group of college students. They prepared a business proposal to their professor as their graduation paper but was remarked - business will fail. They refused to accept and with support from parents to form this dessert specialty shop. Surprisingly, they succeeded in building their reputation shortly in the south Granville area. Not very big shop with decoration under the image of street view in Hong Kong and so prepare to wait for 20-30 mins. They offered traditional Hong Kong style sweet soup and tofu pudding, street eat such siao-mai, rice rolls in rich source, bubble teas etc etc. I was amazed by their dessert platter which offered 9 types of typical dessert products for customers to try. Absolutely worth to try. You can also go to Google to type Snackshot to take a look at the platter.
