I normally come in person and dine in at this location. I would say I always get a good service. Until today I tried the new delivery service the Door Dash. I did my order however they didn't have an option for dessert so I...figure well.. that's okay I can skip dessert this time although the onl reason I ordered Cibo because I want their stella du nutella. Anyway 5 minutes I did the order, someone call me from Cibo to ask about what Pasta do I like for the kids menu I ordered. I asked her if they can do dessert which she said yes and she asked me to order the doordash. I said there is no option for it , she wasn't sure about what's option on the doordash so I asked her to ask her manager. 5 minutes after she told me that the manager told her that IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM if Doordash doesn't give me the option for dessert. Therefore they can't offer the dessert. The answer really Blew my mind...What a wonderful customer service.. If I am the owner, I would fired the manager for giving that answer. I don't mind if they can't do the dessert but to give me that kind of answer..???!!! WOW. Even the person who spoke with me agreed with it.
