Very disappointing experience the sad thing is that we have ordered from this place in the past gone picked up and had delivered and the pizza was still warm to enjoy and the veal balls. Yesterday I preordered for a delivery between 1800-1830 food was...delivered at the appropriate time but cold and with instructions advising to heat up ? Seriously this was done over Uber eats where the app advises you that your order is being prepared fresh but in reality it isn’t. I took the mushroom pizza that was cold the cheese on it was hard so it definitely wasn’t made fresh to order, the day before or earlier that day my partner had prosciutto where we had to finish it yourself oh and the veal balls in sauce again cold. What’s the point of preordering if the restaurant can’t be bothered to provide fresh pizza that is ready to be eaten might just as well go to the supermarket and get a frozen pizza.
