To celebrate a family's birthday, we placed a take-out order of a whole Peking Duck ($98). I confirmed over the phone that a 10% discount applied for take-out order and that I would pick it up at 5:30om that day. Then when my husband returned...home with the order and receipt, I was surprised to see that no discount was given. I called to ask why but a lady kept repeating "no discount for credit card payment" without any apologetic tone. During the pandemic, discounts applied to take-out, more for self-pickup. The restaurant ignores promises to customers. My husband was very regretful to have given them $15 tips! Will never go back again.
