3 of us had lunch at Lotus Thai. We all chose the Pad Thai lunch special. Vegetarian spring rolls were hot and fresh. Salad was lettuce with some carrot and onion. Crunchy, but nothing special. The pad thai was average. Lots of chicken in the...chicken pad thai. It looked like my companion had about 4 shrimp in her shrimp pad thai. Service was fast and friendly. Not the best Thai food in the Hamilton area, but not the worst. I will return to try some of the other dishes.
