It was nice to go to a patio this weekend, as this was the first weekend patios open up in Ontario since the lockdown. I have always wanted to try Souvlocke ever since it opened up, finally I got the chance. I sat in the...backyard patio. I ordered the calamari(unbreaded) as my appetizer to start. I was hesitant to try the calamari at first because I prefer to have breaded calamari. The calamari ended up tasting very good and had a nice hint of garlic flavouring in the sauce. For my main course, I had the chicken souvlaki dinner which came with mushroom styled rice, side salad and tzatziki. Overall the chicken tasted very moist and fresh. Both dishes tasted great and would most likely come back again in the future.
