The first time we did take-out from this place, they messed up our order. So when we called to question what had happened, they said they'd make not of their error, and next time give us that dish for free. Tonight when we ordered for...a second time, we brought the mistake to their attention so we'd get the free dish. But when we went to pick up our food, they argued saying they had no record of it. Well, they said they'd make record of it, so it's on them to make it right. Eventually, they begrudgingly didn't charge for that dish, but the experience left a very bad taste in our mouths. As for the food, it is just okay. Very bland japchae, you have to pay extra for lettuce to wrap the bulgogi in, where other places give it free. The side dishes were boring - boiled potatoes with no glaze?! Anyhow, there is better Korean food in this city, without the argumentative staff.
