Sadly the quality and ambiance were missing!
Sadly the quality and ambiance were missing! We enjoyed tea at Butchart Gardens the day before and it was hands down a better experience but half the price. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money for pre made, refrigerated, and soggy high tea at the Empress.
