If the older, bald gentleman is working, my pick up order will be wrong with an item missing. Every. Single. Time. If you walk in and he's there, the best thing you can do is turn around and walk out. Go somewhere else. If he's...not there, it will be a wonderful meal prepared to exceed expectations. Very sad. Is he the owner? Just some old guy ppl felt sorry for and decided to hire? The last time he was there I didn't get my salad. I just called and they were very apologetic, replacing it to me at no charge on my next visit. Yesterday, they cooked the daylights out of my steak- who eats a well done steak?- and purposely left out the mini donuts for dessert. I'm not calling again as they clearly know what they're doing. They just think I'm too polite to leave a review like this but they guessed wrong. For everything going on in the world, can you really afford to repulse paying customers? So, a good place, done in by horrible staff member.
