On Friday night I order a pizza for pickup from here. It’s like 12:20 and they close at 1. I order and they say it will be ready for 12:50. I confirm and get the confirmation email. The email says it’s for 10:25 in the...morning. I don’t want that as we get sushi every Saturday morning. There’s no way to cancel the order, so I call them and don’t get an answer. I email them and tell them the story and try and cancel. I get a call that night (which tells me they got the email), but miss it and don’t realize until after they close. At 8:34 in the morning, I get an email saying my order has been refused. But I don’t see this until after as I’m sleeping in. I also get two calls as well, but miss them too due to sleeping and having my ringer off so I’m not disturbed. The delivery guy shows up to the house and knocked really loud and rang a few times in a row. My girlfriend answers and he’s like “you ordered a pizza” and she’s like “no we didn’t”. Then he’s raising his voice like “YES YOU DID”. Then she was like “well, we’re not paying for it,” to which he replied by pointing at her and yelling “DON’T F’ING ORDER FROM US AGAIN!” He then slams the door and slams his car door and speeds away. I’ve never had an issue with them, but I was VERY dissatisfied with the service provided that day.
