On a really quick visit to Vancouver recently, my couhe sin and I dropped in at this restaurant on Robson Street for some snacks and a drink. We were seated at one of the high tables which was in a comfortable corner near the entrance....Service was friendly and efficient and pretty soon, over bowls of chicken wings and truffle fries (both pretty tasty, by the way), we managed to catch up with what had been happening on each other's home fronts. I liked that the restaurant wasn't too noisy, and that made it easy to have a conversation without having to shout over a din. It's too bad we were too full to have a proper meal as the menu looked interesting.
