Fresh and very good.
Fresh and very good. We ate at a table but I wish to go back to try the 'river' 'boats' experience. Boats flot along an oval stream of water and you pick the plate you want and eat at your rythm. The color (3) of...plat indicates the price of the dish. Very easy to count the bill at the end of the dinner (or during). They are very good and the presentation is nice.
