I have been to The Melting Pot a half dozen times. We have always enjoyed ourselves. Last night was incredibly disappointing. The service was ridiculously slow when it wasn't even yet busy. There was a tremendous wait in between courses. Nothing is made at the...table anymore, which was part of the enjoyed experience. The cheese was so clumpy that they had to bring it to the back and get it melted again. To top things off, I don't think one person who served us actually liked their job. I will say that the food was good though. Thankful for that.
