Calton is probably the best Chinese restaurant for dim sum. All others I've been to don't compare. Since finding this restraurant, I have not stepped foot in other Chinese restaurant. Their evening selection are also delicious. Although the prices are the similar as other competitors,...you get so much more in taste and size. When you dine in, the size of the dishes are huge and flavorful. I suggest you dine in when eating at Calton. When you take out, you will not get the same amount as when you order in-store. The dishes simply will not fit in one Styrofoam or aluminum container. I once ordered delivery from Calton and was a little disappointed with the amount I got. Although it is the same amount as other Chinese take out/delivery, you will get so much more when you order in.
