"First, this restaurant is located in a sleepy little strip mall behind a McDonalds near the 4 Points Sheraton. Upon entering I was greeted by a wonderful woman, Sam, who whisked me to a cozy booth. First, this hostess, is so upbeat, so funny, and just a real gem. She's been doing this for over 35 years, and she truly loves her job.
