Visiting Toronto from the mid-Atlantic region of the US, we were used to eating and loving pierogis, but never like this. We thought we would give it a try, and we certainly were not disappointed. We both got our Pierogis split - half boiled and...half fried. We both both agreed that fried is the way to go! The thought had never occurred to us to use these delicious little potato stuffed pastas as a base for an entire meal, as we had only ever eaten them as a side. We now make our own loaded pierogis at least once a month! Delicious!More
