So as I’m walking in, I notice a sign on the door saying: “order online and save 15%”. There’s nobody in the parking lot, tables are currently closed off, no delivery app drivers in or out... so I ask the waitress if I really needed...to order online for the discount or if she could do it. She said she had to ask her manager, not a problem. Manager comes over, doesn’t even acknowledge us. I ask him if he can do the 15%, he replied”I don’t have an answer except you have to order online”. He stood there while I went ahead and ordered on my phone, no conversation, nothing even when I had finished and his machine received my order. I decided to sit outside by my car instead of waiting inside. I will not be back to a restaurant where the people operating it don’t give the time of day to the only customer in or out within my 20 minutes waiting there.
