Visited this restaurant because we were looking for something different and we weren’t disappointed. The interior is nice enough but lacked real ambiance, perhaps it was because we were eating a little early in the evening (6ish) and there weren’t many patrons. Lucky for us,...this may have resulted in extra attention for us because the service was excellent. We had 2 appys (chicken Karage, fried king oyster mushroom sauce) and a Kimchi Chicken Bao to start. All 3 dishes were great. So many wonderful flavors. Our mains were the Lou Roy Fan and the kimchi pasta which overall was our favorite dish. For 2 people this was probably a little too much food but we finished everything because it tasted sooo good. The beer selection is definitely lacking but we were able to find a decent lager to wash things down and the 2 beers combined to be the most expensive thing we ordered. Our total bill with 5 dishes and 2 beers came to just over $60 which we thought was an absolute steal given the amount and quality of the food. We can’t wait to visit Montreal again so we can try some other things on the menu.
