Ignore the 'Ugh' reviewer below. I have 200 + reviews and 130 helpful votes. This is a local family run business. Their food is always amazing. The downsides are absolutely no investment in décor and the service is always slow. This is a husband and...wife run business and 'us' locals put up with the slowness of service because again the food here is always amazing. We love their spaghetti and meat sauce and spaghetti and seafood staple dishes as both are true Italian authentic at a $ 10.00 price. Beware of weekends as the wait is 45 minutes and we had to laugh this weekend because at 7:00pm on Saturday they suddenly decided without notice to shut down all take out order options because they were too busy. Read any of my reviews and you will see that I have a high level of expectation and am merciless with badly run and operated restaurants. Kinemi's earns the right to make up it's own rules because they always deliver you fabulous food. I invite you to just leave any expectations of service outside in the free parking lot. In return you will get the chance to enjoy Vancouver's best kept Italian food secret! Ironically I hope they never change because again the food is worth it. As for the 'Ugh' reviewer . . . . get a life!More
