We might have found a new favourite sushi restaurant in the city. Wife and we’re craving sushi but we have been very disappointed so far, unless we spend a lot of money at the higher end places. This place features organic brown rice and ocean...wise seafood. You will find that the brown rice is not as sticky and will fall apart in soy / wasabi. The sushi menu (nigiri and sashimi) is limited but that can also be a reason they are so good. We had salmon and tuna belly (toro) sushi and a number of rolls. The rolls were good but the sushi is what you should get. The sushi was fresh, melted in your mouth and at the correct temperature, cut precisely. Excellent flavour. We ended up ordering more of the tuna belly because it was so good. 2 draft of Sapporo beer and enough sushi and rolls to be full for 2 people was $100 including tip.
