This was a fun evening where an entertaining chef guided us and about 14 others through preparation and eating a five course Italian meal. Each course was demonstrated and the we were sent to our cooking stations to replicate, then we returned to the dining...area to taste the fruits of our labour together with a glass of wine. The results were favourable and the courses all tasted great and were simple enough to prepare that most participants agreed that they would do the menu at home.
