This place has been here for years and years and has served the local working and middle class Chinese (and other) residents well. It is located at Champlain Square, a small mall in a largely residential area. The interior is clean, bright and updated. It...is a pleasant place for a family to eat in. It also does a steady take out business. I don't know if there is delivery. The food is authentic Chinese cuisine. The chow mein is done exactly how I want and expect, some of it soft and some still crunchy. The meat and vegetables are fresh and colourful. I also like the Hainanese Chicken, the skin is yellow and the meat is moist and slightly pink at the bone (just right). There is also some western items on the menu. The portions are generous and the prices are modest. This is a good place to eat in East Vancouver and in a city where you can find hundreds of Chinese restaurants.
