When you rave about a place because it’s always been so excellent whether dining in or taking out. We had cousins in from out of town and we sat down and they brought menus and water right away. One guest ordered a Molson Canadian and...I ordered a Molson Ultra. He brought two opened bottles of Molson Canadian. I said that’s not what I ordered - he said they didn’t have what I ordered. So tell me- give me another option. Let me decide. Don’t make the decision for me. Throughout our meal we were never asked if we would like another beer. We ordered 2 appetizers and we each ordered a dish. Usually the salad rolls come before the main as it is on the appetizer menu. Well, the two appetizers came with the first main course of our guest. I had to ask for chopsticks. the waiter then brought the other 3 dishes right away. My chicken dish #72 was lacking taste. Someone came up and asked how everything was and we told them not satisfying. They didn’t seem to care. After we were done, we sat for at least 7 minutes with the food in front of us without anyone coming over to ask if we’re done. We asked for three empty containers for left overs and they brought two. Then we sat for another good 5-8 minutes until I finally asked someone to clear our dishes away. Why are we telling them how to do their jobs? Again we sat, and waited for someone to bring our bill I had to ask them for the bill. Why? Then they brought it and I’m sorry we’re not mind readers although we have been telling them how to do their jobs all night. II finally said let’s just go up and pay. I left it up to my sister at this point because I would have left no tip because we really did not receive service. They had asked how everything was when my sister went to pay and she said not good etc. And typhus didn’t seem to care. Oh and it was my cousins birthday - July 31st and I wanted it to be a fun filled night with great memories. So what are you willing to offer us for this horrible experience?
