I went in for dinner......and the owner, James, was involved in a very animated theological discussion with what I assumed was a Christian and a Muslim. I was able to squeeze in my order for Jerk Chicken......and while I had to find my own utensils...and ask for napkins.......it was worth in in order to not interrupt the discussion. The jerk chicken was terrific....not too spicy hot, but a nice flavour. It didn't have the bitter tang that jerk chicken ends up often having at other establishments. But, no doubt, this is the real thing. The rice was remarkable....with beans and vegetables in it. And the discussion ended amiably.......even if nothing was really resolved.
