Been here 3x in the last 2 months. Good product, prices on the high side (specials help), very small seating area (ship in ship out feel) and the straws! The greying hair Asian owner? Everytime we've been there you see him yelling at kids, elderly,...people in general who are grabbing straws! What else can we use besides your big and small straws to drink these drinks? We bring 8+ people and drop $20+ each time and the dude freaks out about "take too many straws!" Lighten up!!!!? We saw another bubble tea place west of Joyce St and Kingsway and will be going there next time for sure. Unfortunately this guy is not thinking straight. His store is usually quite busy when we're there and we've never seen a smile on his face. Just straw police-ing and balling people out. Moving on..
