This review is all over the place in terms of how many stars I want to give. Let me explain: 5 stars: price. Cheap, quality food. Pho broth was tasty, tendon and brisket tender. Large portion for a meager price 4 stars: decor. Modern and...generally clean. Walls are a little tired. 3 stars: location. On Broadway just east of Main. Good location but hard to find parking as there is no lot nearby. Metered street parking is the only option. 2 stars: the price is low because the pho has a minimal amount of meat. One tendon, a couple of slices of beef and a brisket. That's it. 1 star: service. In a word, nonexistant. We sat ourselves. They brought menus and tea and that was it. We had to go up to order. Went up again to ask for a doggie bag and the bill. Had to pack the food ourselves. Went back up to pay. Asked for the receipt and they just walked away. Asked again and they gave it to us without a word or a smile. Honestly, no one said a word to us the entire time we were there. Really pathetic. Therefore, three stars. Some perks and some downfalls.
