I hate to give negative reviews, but for the sake of warning prospective customers, and giving this place a chance to improve, I will... I stopped into this place in Hillside Mall for a quick lunch and ordered the Beef Bento Box. Although the beef...was sliced paper thin, it was still un-chewable. Add to that, it tasted as if it had been in a fridge for a week. Also, the sushi didn't taste good... as is too usual these days, it didn't look at all like the dish in the photograph near the cash. The floor and tables were dirty even though there were only a few people in the place. (I had to ask the server to come and clean my table top... like many places places in malls these days, there were no paper napkins to be found... I was ready to clean my table myself.) I paid my bill with a charge card (over $10 for this awful lunch) ... there was no offer to give me a receipt, so I decided not to ask... there were many "sorry's", which was irritating enough. Perhaps some of their other food was good/ok? .- However, I won't be returning. It's too bad that food in Malls has to be so bad... not much in Hillside Mall is decent. I think this is the kind of thing Mall Management should monitor, as it brings the whole quality of the mall down ... a few months back I had an inedible meal at the Chinese Food place around the corner in this food court... these places save money by charging a lot, using very cheap, low quality ingredients. Where some of them get their chicken/beef I'd be afraid to find out. Disappointed.
