My first "real restaurant" lunch after covid...and possibly the best chicken/avocado taco I could eat. (I know Penasco has the best sea bass taco but - I'm in Canada eh!) It's been so long I'm not sure if the food tasted that good, 'cause I...was able to eat with a friend outside of my own kitchen, (in almost 2 years) or it was just that good/fresh/friendly service/happy staff/the whole thing/ great parking too. If they were to offer that in a fresh fish - version - you still couldn't go wrong. it's messy - you need a fork to clean up the board from the over spill as the tender bits drop out the back but it all adds to the experience of eating out at a table that's not yours, in an atmosphere that this is not yours, in a town that has a growing food experience that we all need to get out and spend our $$$ in. The kids that work to earn money for their education need you - so go spend, spend, spend- you won't regret it!! Lilly was our wait staff for the afternoon - she was happy behind that mask and I hope soon she can take it off so we can see what she actually thank her to her whole face.
