We got back to the Hyatt Regency Vancouver around 9 PM and didn't want to go outside to find a restaurant.
We got back to the Hyatt Regency Vancouver around 9 PM and didn't want to go outside to find a restaurant. We went to the Mosaic Grill as this was most convenient. The food was very tasty and the prices were good. There is not...a great selection, but the menu has sufficient items to make a decent choice. We had a seafood chowder followed by some quesadillas. Service was very good (Lara took good care of us) and the restaurant is quite comfortable.
